Procedures:
Connect CDP hardware to vehicle,then run the Delphi DS150E software
Select vehicle brand “Seat”
Model “Ibiza IV[09-]”
Year model “2010 (VIN 10=A)”
Type of system “Diesel”
Engine code “CAYB 1.6L” System “TDI-CR”
Click “OK” to continue
Communication established
Choose function by using the buttons in the left menu.
Tip:Move the mouse pointer over the buttons to see hint describing the function
Click “Adjust” button at left menu bar
Then select “Injector programming”
Then the DS150E will show the help information:
Due to tolerances when manufacturing the injectors the injected fuel quantity may deviate between the calculated fuel quantity.After…
When replacing one or more injectors these shall be adapted to the engine control unit.
When replacing engine control unit,all injectors shall be adapted to the new control unit.
When 6-character code is stamped on the injectors and may include both letters and numbers,see figure.
We have got all these codes wrote know it out here,so if we used under the front bumper of the vehicle injectors 1-4.

And you need to click “Yes” to write down new injector code,then select cylinder number to be adapted.
Then write code for injector cylinder 4,input “8ECEEF”
