How to do all keys lost by Yanhua ACDP?
Navigate to:
BMW-> FEM/BDC-> IMMI/Mileage-> BDC2 ICP+ OBD (F/G Chassis)-> Add Key (All key lost)
First, obtain keys data
Step 1: Read coding data
Step 2: Read keys data
Step 3: Write coding data
The procedure is the same as BDC2 add key.
Then, Add key (All key lost)
Step 1: Backup coding data
Backup the engine EEPROM data using Yanhua Module 3 and B48 Interface Board
Step 2: Backup FAFP data
Step 3: Write IMMO data
Step 4: Write coding data
Step 5: Made dealer key
Turn on the ignition to do key match
Step 6: Write DME ISN
Verify the key can start the car normally
Step 7: Reset EGS EWS
Turn on the ignition, but not start the car
After completing all above steps, start the car, the key and vehicle will be normal.

A: Yes!
Requirements:
Module 38 + BDC2 Keys Learning Bench Platform
Yanhua Module 3 + B48 Interface Board (for EEPROM data backup)
Q2: Is the BDC2 Bench Platform compatible with other devices?
A: Yes, it can work with other tools (except the ACDP host) that support BDC2 All Keys Lost.
Q3: How to read a locked ECU?
A: The DME module is not locked, so no special steps are needed.
Q4: Is reading ISN required?
A: No, but you must back up the engine EEPROM data (Step 1) using Yanhua Module 3 and B48 Interface Board.
This data is needed for Step 6 (Write DME ISN) and Step 7 (Reset EGS EWS).
Q5: Do I need extra modules for Step 7 (Reset EGS EWS)?
A: Only the BDC2 Keys Learning Bench Platform is required.
After programming, reinstall BDC2 in the car and reflash via OBD.
Q6: Are donor vehicle antennas necessary?
A: No.
The LF Smart Key Antenna & Remote Control Receiver are only for testing key functionality (intelligence & remote control).
If unavailable, simply reinstall BDC2 in the vehicle for testing.
