The interface board of Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 11 and ACDP Module 19 look the same. Is it just a different name?

No, they are different.
Yanhua ACDP Module 11 comes with two interface boards, they are for BMW 8HP (F/G chassis) gearbox refresh, 6HP (F chassis) gearbox refresh and cloning.
Yanhua ACDP Module 19 comes with 5 interface boards, they are for BMW 8HP ZF gearbox, VW/Audi DQ380/DQ381 0DE gearbox, MB 9GT (VGS-NAG3) gearbox, BMW 7-dual-clutch (7DCT) gearbox and BMW 7-dual-clutch (DKG) gearbox clone.
