Xhorse VVDI MLB Tool is a professional tool which can be used with VVDI2 and VVDI Key Tool Plus to read, write and calculate MLB models. Only support original MLB keys and Xhorse Specialized Keys (XM38, NXP keys are not supported). No points required when using VVDI MLB specialized key.

How to use VVDI MLB Tool?
For first time use, you need to download and install VVDI MLB Tool software, and update the software to the latest version, then you can calculate key data to generate dealer key, and learn key with Xhorse VVDI2 and Key Tool Plus.

2.Install VVDI MLB Tool software
The installation process is very simple and fast.
After download, open VVDI-MLB_ 1.0.3.0.exe to install until it finishes.
3.Run VVDI MLB Tool software to use
Disable anti-virus software before running VVDI-MLB Tool software. Otherwise, you can open the software normally.
The latest software is V1.0.7.0. You can follow the software prompt to update the software online directly.
Xhorse MLB Tool Software Overview:
There are four options on the toolbar: Sync Authorization, Update Online, Special Function and Help.
All options require you to connect Xhorse MLB Tool and computer except software upgrade, language change and diagnostic report creation.

Diagnostic reports help you understand and solve the problems you encounter when using VVDI-MLB Tool. You can click “OK” to create a diagnostic report on the desktop.
How to add key with VVDI MLB Tool?
1.VVDI MLB Tool MLB Wiring Diagrams (Type 1-Type 6):
No need to remove chip. But need to remove two capacitors (100nF) and solder cable to original key according to different color as diagram.

2.There are main three steps for operation.
Step 1: Identify key
Place the key in the device identification area for identification.
Step 2: Collect key data
Open the original MLB key, connect the original car key PCB as shown in the diagram, click Collect Key data button after connection. The server takes approximately 10 seconds to calculate.
Save the calculation data when it completed.
Step 3: Make dealer key
Load the saved data above and generate dealer keys.
After the key is made successfully, use Xhorse VVDI2 programmer and VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad to learn key.
MLB Tool needs points for the following calculations:
1.Add new key and calculate IMMO data
2.When doing key recovery, the second-hand key is initialized and unlocked, but there is no anti-theft data of the key, you need to collect and calculate the anti-theft data of the key before recovery.
