What is Yanhua ACDP Module 33? How to Use?

What is Yanhua ACDP Module 33?

Yanhua Tech released Module 33 for Yanhua Mini ACDP/ACDP-2 to add new keys, do all keys lost and correct mileage for Volkswagen MQB48. (AKL needs to get synchronous data from third party). The newly designed interface board is compact in size, precise in positioning, simple to install, firm in contact, and safer to read and write data!

Yanhua Module 33 contains two kinds of interface boards.

Lock Fastening Interface board
Thumb Screw-Fastened Interface board

Both can work with Mini ACDP and ACDP2.

It has total 13 solder-free interface boards with license.

MQB-74, MQB-75, MQB-77, MQB-78, MQB-79, MQB-80, MQB-81, MQB-82, MQB-83, MQB-84, MQB-85, MQB-86, and MQB-87 interface boards

*ACDP hardware is not included in the package.

How to Use Yanhua Mini ACDP Module 33?

1.How to install Module 33 Thumb Screw-Fastened Interface Board on MQB48 instrument?

(e.g. MQB-75 interface board)

Step 1: Locate the installation area for the interface board on the instrument.

Step 2: Find the correct positioning holes of D1, D2 and D3 on the instrument.

Step 3: Align the interface board with the screw fastener holes and the positioning points for D1, D2, and D3.

Step 4: Use your left hand to press down on the interface board, while tightening the locking screw with your right hand.

Step 5: Double-check that the positioning pins for D1, D2, and D3 on the interface board are perfectly aligned with the corresponding positioning holes on the instrument.

Once the Yanhua Module 33 MQB Interface Board is installed, connect it to the Mini ACDP 2/ACDP.

2.How to install Module 33 Lock Fastening Interface Board on MQB48 instrument?

(e.g. MQB-77 interface board)

Step 1: Slide the lock fastening of the interface board to the unlock position. Locate the installation area for the interface board on the instrument, guided by the visual positioning mark on the interface board.

Step 2: Position the interface board against the instrument buzzer and align the pins with the D1 and D4 positioning holes.

Step 3: Ensure that the D1 and D4 positioning pins are perfectly aligned with the D1 and D4 positioning holes on the instrument.

Verify that the PCB lock buckle is also aligned correctly.

Step 4: Place your finger on the fingerprint position of the interface board. Press down firmly on the interface board. Slide the PCB lock buckle to the Locked position to secure the interface board in place.

Step 5: Double-check that the positioning pins for D1, D2, D3, and D4 on the interface board are completely aligned with the corresponding positioning holes on the instrument.

Once the Yanhua MQB48 Interface Board is installed, connect it to the Yanhua Mini ACDP-2/ACDP.
