VW PCR2.1 Read/Write by OBDSTAR DC706 on Bench

Confirmed! OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool with ECM V30.61 can read/write EXT EEPROM and INT Flash data, read IMMO data, lock and unlock ECU on Bench successfully.

Requirements:

1.Require OBDSTAR MP001 Programmer, Bench A-V3 cable, Bench B-V2 cable to work with DC706;

2.Connect 12V power supply to DC706 and keep it working during the process;

3.Make sure the internet connection is normal during the process.

Procedures:

Select ECU Flasher>> ECM>> ECM V30.61>> BRAND- VOLKSWAGEN>> ECU BRAND- CONTINENTAL>> TYPE- PCR2.1>> VOLKSWAGEN CONTINENTAL PCR2.1 TC1796

Follow the wiring diagram to connect MP001 Programmer, OBDSTAR DC706 and VW PCR2.1 ECM via the corresponding cables correctly

After connection, click “Start” and select “Bench” and “MP001”

Click “Connect” to connect ECU

Then start to perform ECU read and write operation

Select the corresponding option to read and save EXT EEPROM and INT Flash data, and then select the corresponding file to write into a new VW PCR2.1 ECM
