A customer reported an issue with the Xhorse MQB48 Adapter for the VVDI MLB Tool when attempting to collect data, receiving the error:“The current power supply quality is critically low, making it impossible to collect valid data.”
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Updated the software
Verified both USB cables were properly connected
Replaced the EEPROM that came with the MQB48 Adapter
Tested on two different laptops
Despite these efforts, the issue persisted.
Official Xhorse Solution:
Use a direct USB connection from the PC (Refer to the provided images for correct setup).
Ensure the voltage is 5V, and the current does not exceed 0.5A.
The MQB48 Adapter should only be connected via USB to a PC or VVDI Key Tool Plus Pad (PC recommended).
Double-check the wiring diagram for correctness.
