Porsche ZF PDK2-TC400 TCM Clone with OBDSTAR DC706 on Bench

Requirements:

Make sure the software is updated to the newest version (TCM V30.44)

Ensure the network connection is normal during the operation.

Prepare the following items to work with OBDSTAR DC706:

OBDSTAR P004 Adapter
OBDSTAR TCM-029 dedicated cable
Main cable
DC Powersupply

Procedures:

Select ECU Flasher>> TCM>> TCM V30.44

Input “pdk” in the searching box to quickly find the corresponding Porsche TCM model

Click “Guide” to check the detailed operation guide

Click “Pinout” and select “BENCH” and “P004”

Check the wiring diagram

ECU	TOOL
A-Pin 5, 55	12V (16)
A-Pin 2	GND (4+5)
A-Pin 8	CAN L (14)
A-Pin 20	CAN H (6)

Follow the wiring diagram to connect OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Programmer and Porsche TCM via P004 Adapter, TCM-029 dedicated cable and main cable, and connect the power supply as well

After connection, press the P004 Adapter Switch on

Then click “Start” to next page

1.Connect ECU

Follow the on-screen prompts to turn off/on P004 Adapter switch button

2.Read and save INT flash (TC275) & INT EEPROM (TC275) data of the original TCM

3.Connect DC706 to a new Porsche TCM, and then select the original TCM data to write into the new TCM

4.Disconnect the TCM after writing

Porsche ZF PDK2-TC400 TC275 TCM is cloned by OBDSTAR DC706 perfectly.
