Common Defects:

Fan Relay Drive Failure
Poor Contact at Injector Secondary Drive Terminals and Pump: This can cause ECU failure when moved. Re-soldering the terminals is recommended.

Injector Drive – 3 Pins

This component is an NPN transistor with a ferrite washer to minimize electromagnetic interference.
Trigger Voltage: 10V range.

Injector Pulse Requirement:

To enable injector pulsing, terminals D9 and D10 must be bridged.
Grounding pin D10 ensures proper injector operation.
All ECUs are identical; the only variation is the calibration month.
