I bought benz software from www.obdii.shop for my MB Star benz C4 , when I boot it up the PC and try to connect I have the same issue where it won’t connect to the multiplex and if possible what is the word password for EPC

User name : admin , password 12345 working perfact

When trying to connect to the vehicle it does not connect same issue I had before your technician sorted it out and this morning when I put the PC on it doesn’t want to connect to the vehicle

It’s a software that you supplied me and it doesn’t want to connect to the vehicle

I checked with a technician on my side and everything is sorted out and working perfectly. Thank you very much for all of your help. I will definitely use your shop again in the future. All the best.

The problem was that it wouldnt connect to the SDconnect C4, it connected once but after rebooting, it didnt want to connect again.
The photo above has the steps that the technician followed to get it to see the SDconnect C4 and work perfectly.
