Since the Lonsdor K518 Pro OBD Cable and Lonsdor DOIP Cable look similar, some customers have asked what the difference is between them.
Here is a detailed explanation.
Although the hardware configuration appears identical, they support different functions.
The K518 Pro Replacement OBDII Cable is labeled with the word “OBD II.”
The DOIP Cable is labeled with the word “DOIP.”
Lonsdor K518 Pro Full Version and K518 Pro FCV Version cannot support Geely Monjaro 2021-2022, and Buick GL8 Century 2023- smart key and AKL programming by OBD Cable.
They must be connected to DOIP Cable to communicate.
