Here is a new Announcement of LAUNCH X431:

In order to further improve Launch X431 products and services, LAUNCH has joined the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF).

The software needs to meet NASTF specifications.
Before using IMMO related functions, you must log in to the NASTF VSPID account first.
For users in the United States and Canada during the transition period from November 4, 2024 to December 3, 2024, they do not need to log in to the NASTF account before using the IMMO software.
After December 4,2024, it is necessary to log in to the NASTF account before using the IMMO software.

During the transition period:

1. Purchase Launch authorization from the mall. (Purchase authorization through the mall or activate with a license which will be available soon, please pay attention to App updates).

Update on December 2024!!!

Starting mid-January 2025, American and Canadian users are required to unlock NASTF to use the IMMO function. All IMMO tablets will require this license (no matter registered or new tools)
Before mid-January 2025, if your device asks to buy the NASTF license, ignore it. Just update App and it goes normal.
Applies to Launch X431 IMMO Plus, X431 IMMO Elite, IMMO Pro, IMMO PAD, and the tablet with X-prog3 and IMMO software package.
Only need to bind the NASTF account to the IMMO tablet for the first time, and then you can use it forever.
