Thanks for your help for installation of the Jpro software remotely , but when i use the software , It keeps throwing this up like the picture displaying :

There have 4 Tips from the software
1.Verify the ignition is or not for your vehicle
2.Verify you have used the correct cable connect your vehicle
3.Verify your jpro hardware whether can work stable or not
4.Close all open programs , restart computer and restart the application
