How to Read and Write VW IAW 9GV ECM with OBDSTAR DC706 on Bench?

OBDSTAR DC706 with P003 Adapter can read and write eeprom/flash, and also read pincode on VW ECM in bench mode. It has been tested with MAGNETI MARELLI IAW 9GV MPC5634+95320 ECM, works like a charm!

Prepare all devices below:

OBDSTAR DC706 unit
P004 ECU Clone Jumper
OBDSTAR P003 Kit
Main cable
12V2A charger
Volkswagen IAW 9GV ECM

Connect 12V2A charger to DC706

Connect DC706 with internet, and make sure the network connection is normal

Select ECU Flasher>> ECM>> ECM V30.07>> Brand>> Quick search VW in the search box>> Volkswagen (VW) MAGNETI MARELLI IAW 9GV CAN MPC5634+95320 (BENCH+P003)

Click “Pinout” to check the wiring diagram, and connect OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool and VW ECM with the corresponding harness

Click “Start” to enter operation page.

Connect OBDSTAR P003 Kit, DC706, and ECU successfully

Click the corresponding option to read/write eeprom (95320), read/write flash (MPC5634), read/write eeprom decrypted (95320), and read OTP ZONE

All work well.

Finally, disconnect the ECU.
