How to unbind the account of CGDI CG100X Programmer and CG100 Prog III ?

Unbind CG100 Account:

1.Open CG100 software

2.Click on the “Personal account” icon on the right top of the screen

3.You can see your username, related already bound device info (device and SN).

Click on “Unbind device”

4.Input the password of the current account

Click on “OK”

Then the CGDI Prog III Programmer is unbound successfully.

5.Exit the CG100 software, and open it again, then you can see there is no account info now. It means your CG100 account is unbound.

Unbind CG100X Account:

1.Open CG100X software

2.Click on “Account” icon on the left right top of the screen

3.Click on “Associated equipement”

4.You can see the related already bound device info (device and SN).

Click on “Unbind device”

5.Input the password of the current account

Click on “OK”

Then the CG100X Programmer is unbound successfully.

6.Exit the CG100X software, and open it again, then you can see there is no account info now. It means your CG100X account is unbound.
