CAT ET SIS License Expiration Date Error（Solved）

Client Inquiry:

Since one month, each time I open SIS, I have the message if I want to renew SIS licence . For the moment, I select No.

In one month, if nothing is done, I will not have anymore access to SIS correct ?

License is about to expire in 19 days , Would you like to renew the license ?

Actually, to open SIS I click NO and it opens correctly.

In nineteen days, I think I will have no more access.
